Job Description

We have a client in Tampa who needs companionship care for approximately 4 hours per day 6 days per month beginning in April. He is very independent and in his right mind. He is a fallrisk so he would like to have someone stand by to assist him with mobility as needed. He prefers a male caregiver and he would like to meet you before his care schedule begins.

Minimum Qualifications Include:

  1. Current CNA License OR HHA Certification OR
  2. Current level two background check.CLICK HEREto learn how to obtain a level two background check from the Florida Department of Health.
  3. Current CPR / BLS Certificationfrom theAmerican Heart AssociationtheAmerican Red Cross or the National Safety Council.
  4. CEU Course Certificates forHIV / AIDSAlzheimers Disease and Related Disorders(ADRD) andAssisting with Self Administration of Medication.These may be obtained throughCE Broker(or another reputable site). Licensed CNAs and working HHAsshould already have these. If you do not already have these you must obtainthemwithin 30 days of hire.
  5. You are reliable.We can always count on you to be where youre supposed to be when youre supposed to be there and to deliver the absolute best care you can to every client we trust you with.
  6. You are compassionate.You treat our clients like people with dignity and grace. They are not just a tasklist to you.

Highlights:

  1. Flexible scheduling options(short shifts long shifts weekends oncall only overnights).
  2. Competitive meritbased pay. Starting pay is $1516 per hour. After the first 20 hours worked your pay increases to $18 per hour. You also receive a $50 bonus after the first 20 hours completed. We give another $150 bonus at 100 hours $300 at 500 hours and $500 at 1000 hours and so on. Bonuses and pay raises are contingent on your good performance.
  3. Weekly direct deposits.Early payout also available via Tapcheck.
  4. Bonded and insured.Our caregivers are employees not contractors. This means that youre covered under our liability insurance.
  5. Clientcaregiver matching.Dont get stuck in a miserable situation. We work hard to ensure clientcaregiver compatibility. We will listen to your feedback and make necessary changes to best serve our clients and caregivers.
