Job Description
We are currently hiring a parttime Conceptual Art Director 3days/week) who will provide creative direction services for a variety of EP communication campaigns and projects.
In this role you will be responsible for:
Finding the Big Idea/ Creative metaframe and develop concepts
Developing the overall look or style of a campaign and its assets
Determining how best to represent a concept visually
Developing the photographs art or other design elements to use
Designing yourself or supervise design staff
Coordinating activities with other artistic or creative departments
Respecting and advising internal stakeholders on the application of brand guidelines
Being a guardian of Brand consistency.
Required specific expertise:
Creative thinker and problem solver
Excellent aesthetic judgment
Strong leadership skills to oversee the work of other artists
Ability to prioritise work and manage deadlines
Open and resilient to critique from colleagues and managers
Familiar with industrystandard graphics and multimedia software packages.
