Position: Remote Security Officer
Location: Remote work within the Northern Territory
Employment Type: FullTime/PartTime
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor security systems and respond to alarms and security incidents with professionalism and efficiency.
Conduct remote surveillance to ensure the safety and security of our clients premises assets and personnel.
Provide timely and accurate incident reports and log all security activities.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients to prevent security breaches.
Implement security protocols and emergency procedures as required.
Attend regular training sessions to maintain and enhance security skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
A current Northern Territory Security/Crowd Control Licence.
Proven experience in security operations particularly in remote or challenging environments.
Strong proficiency in the use of security technology and systems.
Excellent observation and analytical skills with the ability to assess and respond to situations swiftly and effectively.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
A high level of physical fitness and the ability to handle stressful situations.
Willingness to work flexible hours including nights weekends and public holidays
A strong understanding of cultural sensitivities and awareness
