WHAT WILL YOU DO
Get hands on experience working with stateoftheart equipment and technology to help keep crops healthy by learning about topperforming protection and fertilizer during and after the growing season. Our familyoriented team is looking for someone who wants to help growers succeed by:
- Learn and assist in all areas of agronomy operations including product knowledge blending storage transport.
- Learn about the operation and application techniques for agronomy equipment.
- Experience handson servicerelated opportunities by working with customers.

WHAT SKILLS ARE REQUIRED
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Good customer service problemsolving and work ethic.
- Teamplayer eager to help other departments of the company.
- Normally requires a high school diploma or the equivalent thereof and currently attending college for a certificate 2 year or 4year degree program in an agriculturerelated field.
- Ability to work at varying heights and lift 51 70 lbs.
- Must be able to pass preemployment background and drug screen.
