Job Description & Summary
The Associate Project Manager will support the planning and
completion of projects ensuring that they are delivered on time within scope and on budget.
This role requires strong organizational skills effective communication and the ability to
manage multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & :
- o Assist in developing project plans including timelines budgets and resource
- allocation.
- o Coordinate project activities and ensure alignment with project goals and
- objectives.
- o Monitor project progress identify issues and implement corrective actions as
- needed.
- Communication & Presentation:
- o Communicate project status risks and issues to stakeholders effectively and
- clearly.
- o Prepare and deliver presentations to project teams and leadership summarizing
- project status achievements and key metrics.
- o Foster a collaborative and positive team environment through effective
- communication and teambuilding activities.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- o Create and maintain project documentation such as project plans status reports
- and meeting minutes.
- o Track project milestones and deliverables ensuring all documentation is upto
- date and accurate.
- Facilitation Tasks:
- o Facilitate project meetings including kickoff meetings status updates and review
- sessions.
- o Ensure productive and focused discussions during meetings managing time
- effectively and driving decisionmaking.
- o Document meeting outcomes action items and followups ensuring all
- stakeholders are informed and accountable.
- Team Collaboration:
- o Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure project goals are met.
- o Facilitate effective communication and coordination among team members.

- Proficiency in both German and English is required.
- Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in project management or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities including proficiency in PowerPoint.
- Experience in creating visually compelling and informative presentations.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
