Job Description

Location: Remote located in Spain or London UK (with extensive travel within the region).

Are you passionate about driving business growth building meaningful relationships and empowering organizations to unlock the value of feedback Explorance a leading provider of feedback analytics solutions is seeking a talented Account Executive to join our dynamic team. This role covers Spain and is pivotal in shaping our presence in Higher Education and Corporate HR markets.

As an Account Executive youll take full ownership of the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals and managing existing accounts. Youll collaborate with marketing presales and sales engineering teams to exceed sales targets deliver exceptional customer satisfaction and position Explorance as the goto solution for feedback analytics.

What Youll Do

  • Plan & Strategize: Develop and execute territory and account plans for prospective clients.
  • Prospect & Build Relationships: Drive outbound activity through cold calls networking and responding to inbound leads. Build meaningful connections with Clevel executives and key decisionmakers.
  • Present & Close Deals: Conduct impactful virtual and live product demonstrations negotiate multiyear agreements and close both quick wins and longer complex sales cycles.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with marketing and presales teams to assess client needs and tailor solutions.
  • Hit Targets: Consistently exceed activity pipeline and revenue goals by employing a solutionoriented sales approach.
  • Stay Informed: Continuously develop product knowledge and stay up to date on industry trends client needs and competitive insights.
  • Engage in Events: Represent Explorance at marketing events webinars and trade shows to build awareness and generate leads.

What Youll Bring

  • Proven Experience: 3 years of SaaS sales experience with a successful track record in prospecting cold calling and achieving/exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to create and execute measurable territory sales plans.
  • Hunter Mentality: Proactive selfmotivated and driven to achieve results in a fastpaced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts clearly.
  • RelationshipBuilding: Strong account management skills and experience developing executivelevel relationships.
  • Adaptability: Confidence to make sound decisions and thrive in dynamic environments.
  • Education: BA/BSc degree or equivalent.
  • Languages: Fluency in Spanish and English is essential.
  • Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel extensively across the region.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with feedback solutions in Higher Education or Corporate HR/L&D.
  • Familiarity with SaaS enterprise technologies and dynamic startup environments.
  • Knowledge of additional languages.
