Job Description
A TOP FLORIA GENERAL CONTRACTOR IS SEARCHING FOR A SENIOR SUPERINTENDENT in Miami Florida to work on Multifamily projects. Must have 15 years of supervisory experience with commercial construction.

What you would be doing:
- Leadership and Supervision: The Senior Superintendent is in charge of overseeing the daytoday activities of the field team making sure everyone stays aligned with the projects goals.
- Project Coordination: They plan direct and coordinate activities to ensure the project progresses according to schedule and budget adjusting as necessary.
- Quality Control: They ensure the project meets the highest quality standards which may involve frequent inspections and testing.
- Safety Management: Maintaining a safe working environment is critical so they would oversee safety protocols ensuring that site conditions and practices align with legal and safety requirements.
- Subcontractor and Vendor Management: The role involves managing subcontractors and suppliers making sure materials are delivered on time and that subcontracted work meets the required standards.
