We are seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Client Services Specialist to deliver exceptional client experiences and support business operations. This role requires strong communication skills a proactive approach and the ability to work independently in a fastpaced financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide hightouch client service managing inquiries scheduling meetings and ensuring seamless onboarding.
Maintain accurate client records and compliance reporting.
Support office management including correspondence CRM updates and team coordination.
Assist with client events appreciation initiatives and proactive engagement efforts.
Oversee account administration ensuring accuracy and timely of transactions.
Contribute to business growth by fostering client relationships and supporting strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
Experience in financial services insurance banking or mortgage industries.
Strong attention to detail processoriented mindset and a clientfirst attitude.
Proficiency in CRM systems and office software; experience with Apple platforms is a plus.
