Job Description

For one of our ongoing project based out of Washington DC office we are looking for a Project Manager who can work on Hybrid Basis 3 days onsite mandatory).

The candidate will support for

  1. Project planning activities including developing maintaining and monitoring (status/progress) project schedules;
  2. Creating and maintaining project documents; coordinating submissions of workstream weekly status reports;
  3. Preparing status presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint; Organizing project artifacts in Microsoft Teams.
  4. Leverages prior experience on large projects to deliver project on schedule and within budget.
  5. As required assists or takes responsibility for theanalysisplanning and managementactivitiesrelated to project scope and objectives including overseeing the RAID (risks assumptions issues and dependencies) process; the change management process and the communications process.
  6. Prepares long and shortrange plans that include resource alignments coordination of acquisitions training communications transformation management change management user acceptance testing and golive preparations.
  7. Provides PMO support forall aspects oftheproject.
