Location: Brooklyn NY (Hybrid)
Salary: $115000$135000
Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic Director of Perks & Engagement to lead and expand a unique perks program designed to enhance caregiver satisfaction and engagement. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong skills experience in hospitality perks programs or wellness services and a passion for improving employee experience.
Key Responsibilities - Program Leadership: Develop and execute a strategy to expand and optimize the perks program.
- Service Innovation: Introduce new offerings and engagement tools tailored to caregiver needs.
- Operational Oversight: Manage daytoday program operations ensuring a seamless experience.
- Team & Partner Management: Lead staffing vendor partnerships and business growth initiatives.
- Marketing & Business Growth: Use datadriven strategies to enhance program reach and effectiveness.
- Technology Utilization: Implement solutions to streamline services and improve user experience.
- CrossDepartment Collaboration: Work with internal teams to align perks with business goals.
MustHaves - Proven experience in hospitality spa management wellness programs or employee engagement initiatives.
- Strong problemsolving skills with an analytical mindset.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment balancing strategic planning with handson .
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Willingness to travel regularly and work nights/weekends as needed.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience in marketing business operations or rewards programs.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and data reporting tools.
- Bachelors degree preferred but not required.
