Job Summary:
Required Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
1. Extensive knowledge of sport.
2. Previous coaching experience.
Desired Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
Essential Duties:
1. Coach at practices and games.
2. Recruit high school studentathletes.
3. Schedule games.
4. Organize practice plans.
5. Positively communicate with athletes.
6. Represent ECC well and in a professional manner as the head coach.
7. Attend ISCC and Region IV meetings.
8. Develop knowledge of NJCAA ISCC and Region IV regulations.
9. Provide game information to Athletic Department.
Other Duties:
1. Related duties as assigned.
Physical Demands:
Medium (up to 50 lbs. occasionally or 30 lbs frequently or 10 lbs constantly)
