Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
$1000 sign on bonus
$1000 referral bonus
Develop implement and maintain CNC machining processes per customer drawings & specifications on a variety of 345Axis CNC equipment. Create inprocess CAD/CAM models work instructions process flows NC programs etc to introduce and manage new product development as well as improve and optimize existing processes. This position requires a strong understanding of machining materials tooling and standards to meet stringent quality and performance requirements.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement CNC machining processes including:
- Material form selection
- Operation sequencing
- Fixture design
- Machine selection
- Tooling selection
- Programming
- Analyze engineering drawings CAD models and specifications to determine machining strategies.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including quality and production to improve manufacturability and reduce cycle times.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues including tooling wear machine setup and process deviations.
- Evaluate and recommend new machining technologies equipment and tooling to enhance productivity quality and asset optimization.
- Provide technical training and support to machine operators and other team members to build team capabilities.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning by coaching team members on best practices and troubleshooting methodologies.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors or Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering Manufacturing Engineering Manufacturing Technology or a related field (preferred but not required; equivalent experience will be considered).
- 7 years of experience in CNC machining and process development preferably in the aerospace industry.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g. NX Solidworks Mastercam or similar software) CNC programming and Gcode.
- Handson experience with multiaxis CNC machining centers including setup and operation.
- Strong knowledge of GD&T machining tolerances and material properties
- Knowledge of inspection tools gauging and methods
- Familiarity with AS9100 ISO 9001 and other quality management systems.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Understanding of Mazak controls and Mazatrol
- Experience with additive manufacturing or hybrid machining processes.
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (e.g. SAP)

The pay range for this role is $79400 $143000. Jobrelated nondiscriminatory factors used to determine the actual offered rate include qualifications and experience geographic location education external market data and consideration of internal equity.
