WHAT CAN RELIAS OFFER YOU
Primary responsibility of this role is to manage the following for Relias personnel assessment solution:
Qualifications:
1 year of experience in product management or strategy role preferred
1 year of experience working with personnel assessments and the interpretation of assessment data preferred
A BA/BS or higher in Industrial/Organizational Psychology Consulting Psychology or psychometrics preferred
Intermediate descriptive and inferential statistical analytical skills; knowledge of SPSS or R preferred
Able to identify trends through manipulation and analysis of large quantities of data
Demonstrated understanding of contemporary technologies and their applicability to solve healthcare business problems
Cando attitude with a demonstrated ability to get things done under minimal supervision and drive results across cross functional teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills solid presentation skills and proven ability to run effective meetings; comfortable interacting at all levels of an organization
Not afraid of the details need to be highly focused mitigating product development risk by ensuring that no rocks go unturned
Very strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to achieve results through influence
Solid understanding and proven experience working in a dynamic development environment
