- Establish contact with borrowers to discuss delinquencies and offer available solutions
- Locate/skiptrace borrowers using state of the art skiptracing tools combined with internet access
- Record accurate and detailed notes update account status and borrowers information
- Meet or exceed daily weekly and monthly performance goals deadlines and objectives.
- Adhere to consumer protection laws and FHCs standard practices and policies.
