Job Overview

    The Pub P.I.C will oversee operations while Kitchen Manager is offsite fosters community engagement with the brand and provides the best representation of the overall brand experience through hospitable guest interactions which allow our world class products to shine. Rogue Pub P.I.C. is experienced in all facets of guest service including day to day restaurant operations both frontofhouse and heartofhouse.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurants recipes portioning cooking and servicing standards.
    • Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and in excellent working condition through personal inspection and by following the restaurants preventative maintenance programs.
    • Ensure that all products are ordered according to predetermined product specifications and received in correct unit count conditions and deliveries are performed in accordance with the restaurants receiving policies and procedures.
    • Be knowledgeable of restaurant policies regarding personnel and administer prompt fair and consistent corrective action for any and all violations of company policies rules and procedures
    • Fill in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations.
    • Line Cook experience essential
    • Available to work 11a.m. 7 p.m. shift
    • Excellent communication skills and able to lead both BOH and FOH

    Minimum Qualifications

    Experience: previous experience in cooking and positive management.

    Required skills: strong leadership skills proficient in restaurant operations excellent communication patient thoughtful teacher attention to detail selfmotivated creative problem solving

    Physical Demands

    The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job the employee is frequently required to sit; stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop kneel crouch or crawl; and talk or hear. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 40 pounds and be able to move kegs which weigh close to 165 pounds.

    Travel

    Some travel may be required including semiannually offsite meetings.
