Our client a top business law firm is seeking a pensions and benefits lawyer withat least 10 yearsof experience to join its team in Toronto at the counsel or partnership level. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in all aspects of pensions benefits and executive compensation as well as experience advising on pension matters in connection with mergers and acquisitions and corporate reorganizations. This is an excellent opportunity for a solutionsoriented lawyer to join a collegial team.
