RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Managing the coordination of corporate projects with internal team members consultants clients and contractors
- Managing client relationships
- Developing project scope and fees
- Managing staff project scheduling work authorizationbudgetingand quality control
- Leadingprojects by working across all aspects of the design process including project initiation programming schematic design design development construction documentation and construction administration
- Hiring and management of consultants
- Competency to prioritize effectively and adjust work accordingly to meet deadlines and budgets
- Dealing with multiple projects ranging fromsimple to very complex
- Participate in client marketing efforts and interviews
- Sustaining and understanding project vision
- Ability to foresee pitfalls and guide project to avoid them
- Effectively communicate with project team members
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in Interior Design Architecture or related degree
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience
- Minimum of 2 years of project management experience
- Experience working with corporate clients required
- Strong customer service skills with attention to detail
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- NCIDQ Certification preferred
