Job Description
As the IT Infrastructure Sr Manager you will be responsible for the delivery of infrastructure services and components (networks servers storage backups databases DR etc. that are the IT foundation for the North America region. You will manage a group of Engineers and Business Analysts to deploy technology initiatives. You will also partner with vendors and other IT groups to successfully execute business and technology projects while collaborating on both capital and expense budget management.This position can be remote Naperville IL or Battle Creek MIand reports to Director IT.
HERES A TASTE OF WHAT YOULL BE DOING
- Responsible for the deployment and of IT Infrastructure related initiatives for North America
- Collaborate with other IT groups to define scope resources requirements and timelines for North American initiatives
- Provide input to IT Strategy team on future technology roadmaps.
- Collaborate on the definition and administration of capital and operating budget. (Budget Management)
- Supervise and manage a team of Engineers and Business Analysts. (People Management)
- Partners with external vendors to understand technology trends and deploy North American initiatives. (Vendor Management)
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Proven experience leading and executing the implementation of large technology solutions.
- Experience working on large complex projects with a proven track record of delivering results.
- Experience in leading cross functional teams in a multivendor multistakeholder environment
- Comprehensive and thorough knowledge of Infrastructure technology
- Strong leadership and communication skills and the ability to collaborate across all groups and levels; must be able to interface and coordinate work efficiently and effectively with business partners or vendors in remote locations.
