We are working with a CMMI level 4 client a global IT solutions company that specializes in providing simple and scalable solutions to solve complex business problems. With a team of over 1500 staff they offer technical and domain expertise across various platforms and industries to help enterprise companies enhance productivity efficiency and maximize their technology investments.
Process Executive:
Education/ Experience / Expectations:
- Any graduate with 0 to 6 months of work experience in the international banking industry.
- General understanding of international banking products and services.
- Willingness to work night shifts 6PM IST to 4AM IST) with no rotational or day shifts.
- Location Chennai & Hyderabad.
Job Description:
- Update and maintain customer account information in client applications.
- Willingness to work night shifts 6PM IST to 4AM IST) with no rotational or day shifts.
- Location Chennai & Hyderabad.
- Onsite work required.
- Attention to detail.
- Handle the Banks branch requests and maintain relationships.
- Act and respond to adhoc requests and escalations promptly.
- Timely completion and review of daily work inflow from commercial bankers bank customers and prospects.
- Willingness to learn with limited training and have complete knowledge of Client databases/applications designed by the company which are unique.
- Meet/exceed customer SLAs/expectations in terms of quality & TAT.
Senior Process Executive:

- Any graduate with a minimum of 2 years of work experience in the international banking industry.
- General awareness of international banking products and services.
- Open for Night shifts 6PM IST to 4AM IST) No rotational or Day Shift.
- Location Chennai & Hyderabad.
