Job Description
Responsibilities
Your Role:
- Works under a licensed pharmacists direct supervision at all times.
- Provides pharmacotherapy responsibilities for patients admitted in specific hospital areas in accordance with individual resident rotations.
- Performs clinical staff pharmacist duties. Accountable for American Society of HealthSystem Pharmacists (ASHP) accredited Postgraduate Year One (PGY1 Pharmacy Residencies goals and objectives.

- Director/Pharmacy (JC: 011301 or Asst Dir Pharmacy Clin Program

- None
Qualifications
Required Education:
- Graduate of an accredited College or School of Pharmacy with Doctor of Pharmacy Degree
Required Experience:
- None
Required Certification/License/Registry:
- Current Florida pharmacist license or eligible for licensure in Florida.
