Job Description

AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of Program Manager ABS Impact Tracking.

The ABS Impact Tracking & Performance Management Lead works closely with the Finance team and is responsible for monitoring analyzing and reporting on cost performance metrics to 1 ensure alignment with organizational goals; and 2 drive continuous improvement through datadriven insights and strategic performance management.

Your Impact

  • Strategic Planning and Implementation
    • Managing Initiatives: Oversee a broad portfolio of initiatives through design and implementation as part of a wideranging change program
    • Creating Master Plans: Develop master plans and scaleup project tracking tools (e.g. WAVE) to ensure readiness and buildout of ABS hubs
    • Validating Business Cases: Validate business cases assess employee change impacts and develop change and communication plans
  • Cost Performance Monitoring and Reporting
    • Monitoring Cost Performance: Monitor the cost performance of the ABS organization globally resolving global problems and setting overall targets for continuous improvement
    • Increasing Cost Performance Tracking Granularity: Enhance performance tracking granularity by service line and individual
    • Executive Reporting Process Management: Manage the executive reporting process (incl. creation of executive dashboards) and distribute executiveready reports and dashboards; ensure the quality and consistency of KPIs

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelors or masters degree in finance business administration or a related field is required.
  • An advanced degree or professional certification (e.g. CPA CFA) is preferred.
  • Minimum Relevant 7 years of experience in performance management financial analysis or a related field.
  • Significant experience within a global organization.
  • Excellent communication with presentation skills and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Familiarity with strategic planning cost performance monitoring and reporting.
  • Knowledge of Tableau as well as project management tools and methodologies is a plus.
  • Technical analysis: ability to understand and dissect a data set; ability to set up tracking and performance management infrastructure and translate data into insights
  • Strategic forecasting: ability to proactively address problems and remove roadblocks to ensure there is no value leakage
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams is essential
  • Business acumen
  • Project management
