Job Summary
PHP Agency LLC. is on the hunt for a dynamic Senior Marketing Executive to fill the role of AVP of Operations at our Dallas headquarters. This handson role requires a marketing maestro with a broad skill set from corporate reputation management to digital marketing and event planning. As a key player in a flat organization youll be expected to roll up your sleeves lead a team of SMEs and deliver projects personally.
Primary Responsibilities:
Steer the companys daily operations leading the New Business Life & Annuity Licensing & Contracting and Contact Center departments.
Innovate by identifying and implementing new processes technologies and systems to enhance organizational efficiency.
Collaborate with department leads to define and implement operational strategy and structure.
Foster productive relationships with external insurance carrier and technology partners.
Work with executive leadership to set and achieve company goals providing expertise on operational projects and systems.
Monitor performance identify efficiency issues and propose solutions.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all operational phases.
Coordinate operational support across the business.
Collaborate with HR to recruit train and mentor the operations management team.
Present performance reports and metrics to Clevel Officers and other leaders.
Handle employee discipline and termination in accordance with company policy in collaboration with HR.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in operations management.
Identify training needs and ensure appropriate training is provided.
Foster a successoriented handson environment in Operations.
Collaborate with the leadership team to develop metrics systems and processes to support the companys growth objectives.
Serve as a leader of all PHP administrative functions with the potential to lead Operations.
Primary Skills & Requirements:
6 years of operational leadership experience preferably in the life insurance industry.
Bachelors degree in business accounting or a related field preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Proven track record of managing a team and developing talent.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and build consensus in a highpressure environment.
Analytical problemsolving skills attention to detail and a handson approach to ensure goals are met on time and at a high level of quality.
Ability to drive results ensure accountability build effective teams cultivate innovation and handle adversity.
Strong business acumen and understanding of fundamental business principles.
Solid executive presence with the ability to establish credibility and influence a broad range of constituents.
Quick learner intelligent practical and able to thrive in a fastpaced teamoriented environment.
