SALES PROGRESSOR Residential Estate Agency
Location: Didcot / Abingdon area
Salary: OTE 35k
Position: Permanent Full Time
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a wellestablished market leading independent Property Company based in Oxfordshire: our client requires a fulltime Sales Progressor to join their busy and successful team and to manage a very substantial business pipeline of current sales.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is determined and driven: you must have previous experience in residential estate agency or conveyancing and have a full understanding of the property sales process.
You will have fantastic communication skills; be able to work on own initiative and be able to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment.You will liaise with Solicitors mortgage lenders and Estate Agents and report back to the vendors and purchasers.
Skills: The skills required for this Sales Progressor role will include:
- Previous experience in sale progression
- Excellent customer service
- Strong organisational skills
- Knowledge of the sales process
- Ability to build strong business relationships
- Confident in liaising with other sectors
