Job Description
We are seeking a Quality Control Department Head to lead and manage the department ensuring that all products meet highquality standards. This role involves overseeing the production process refining products to meet exact color design and print specifications and making final approvals. The ideal candidate will have 24 years of experience in a manufacturing environment proven leadership skills and a strong attention to detail. They must be fluent in English committed to perfection and able to work 10hour shifts to ensure consistent flawless results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Quality Control Department ensuring efficient workflow and strict adherence to quality standards.
- Oversee the production process to ensure all items meet exact quality specifications.
- Review and refine products throughout the production cycle to ensure they meet the desired color design print quality and overall excellence.
- Approve final products based on comprehensive quality assessments and inspections.
Qualifications:
- 24 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment with a deep understanding of quality control processes.
- Proven leadership experience in a managerial or supervisory role with the ability to lead motivate and develop teams effectively.
- Fluent in English both written and spoken with excellent communication skills.
- Availability to work 10 hours per day ensuring tasks are completed to the highest standard.
- A perfectionist mindset dedicated to achieving excellence and never settling for less than the best.

Salary: $90K$110K
