Job Description
Maumee Bay Lodge is seeking candidates with an eye for detail to join our team as a Lodge Grounds Crew member. As a Lodge Grounds Crew member you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance of the lodge grounds including landscaping gardening and general maintenance tasks.This position does not mow the grounds.This role requires a selfmotivated individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team to ensure a beautiful and inviting environment for our guests.
Rate of pay is $10.70/hour.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine lawn care and maintenance tasks such as minor push mowing weeding trimming and fertilizing.
- Maintain flower beds shrubs and trees by weeding and watering as needed.
- Ensure that all outdoor areas including parking lots and walkways are clean and free of debris.
- Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment such as push lawnmowers trimmers power washers and leaf blowers.
- Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with special events and projects on the lodge grounds as needed.
- Comply with all safety protocols and guidelines.
Requirements:
- 18 or older
- Posses a Valid drivers license
- General experience of various grounds equipment
- Physical stamina and strength to perform outdoor tasks for extended periods of time.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends evenings and holidays as needed.
