Description
- Rough carpentry including framing siding and decking
- Construction work for exterior renovations
- Water damage repair
- Basic electrical welding and plumbing experience.
Please NOTE: Candidates must have good transportation valid license and have previous experience with basic tools. Background and drugscreen will be required at hire. Other requirements include:
- Moving and transporting heavy objects as needed
- Bending/stooping/walking repeatedly over time and throughout your community.
- Ascend/descend stairs and ladders as required.
- Ability to exchange information and communicate with Company employees and the general public by speaking/reading/writing English.
