The Role

As a Delivery Lead you will be an integral part of our project management team responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of tech projects using a variety of methodologies with support from your line manager and wider team plus on the job learning. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams fostering a culture of continuous improvement innovation and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the generation of solutions validating and prioritising before driving implementation
• Define project scope objectives and requirements. Develop a detailed project plan including timelines tasks and resource allocation.
• Build and lead a crossfunctional team assigning tasks setting priorities and ensuring collaboration among team members.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
• Maintain open communication with stakeholders providing updates on project progress and addressing concerns or changes.
• Ensure that the projects deliverables meet quality standards and specifications.
• Allocate resources effectively to ensure that the project has the necessary tools equipment and personnel.
• Monitor project timelines and adjust as needed to keep the project on track.
• Address issues and obstacles that arise during the project finding solutions to keep the project moving forward.
• Maintain accurate project documentation including project plans status reports and other relevant records.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project management efficiency.

• Experience within a retail ecommerce environment
• Project Management certifications (APM/Prince2/AgilePM/PSM)
