Focused on loyalty the Client Accounts team builds strong connections between customers and products using modern technologies and customer insights to identify satisfy and retain clients.

The Why...

The Events and Experiences Manager is a visionary highly organised and dynamic professional responsible for leading the endtoend strategy and for Entainevents and hosted events customer experiences and activations.

In this role you will be responsible for delivering unforgettable moments and overseeing the full lifecycle of events and experiential programs from ideation to ensuring all touchpoints reflect the energy excitement and premium feel of Entain brands. You will manage a team of dedicated professionals and work crossfunctionally with Client Management Partnerships Marketing and Operations teams to elevate our brand presence and customer engagement across all tiers with particular emphasis on premium or high value audiences.

The What and How:

Strategy & Planning

  • Assist and develop and own the endtoend Events and Experience Strategy aligned to brand customer engagement and commercial objectives.
  • Create an annual calendar of events and experiences across key sporting and racing moments sponsorships and customer lifecycle touchpoints.
  • Design tailored experience tiers across customer segments with a focus on premium and partner engagement.

& Delivery

  • Oversee the planning logistics and of all major events brand activations sports and racing carnival experiences and customer hospitality programs.
  • Maintain operational excellence and high standards for all event deliverables including vendor management onsite experience hospitality and compliance.
  • Lead the delivery of innovative and unique experiences that differentiate Entains brands in the marketplace.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead mentor and develop a highperforming team event and experience professionals.
  • Provide clarity on goals KPIs and personal development plans for all direct reports.
  • Foster a collaborative and customerfirst culture within the team.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Work closely with internal teams including Client Management Partnerships Outbound Marketing Legal and Customer Service to deliver integrated experiences.
  • Manage external partners venues agencies and suppliers to ensure quality alignment and value.
  • Be the primary liaison for experience delivery across marquee partnerships.

Performance & Continuous Improvement

  • Measure and report on the success of created events and initiatives using data customer feedback and ROI metrics.
  • Implement postevent reviews and continuous improvement practices to elevate future experiences.
  • Ensure budget accountability cost efficiency and strategic reinvestment of experience spend.

Your Skills and Experience:

To help you get into the game and be set up for success in this role you will come with broad skills and experience covering:

  • Strong demonstrated experience in event management experiential marketing or customer experience leadership roles preferably in wagering sports hospitality or entertainment.
  • Proven experience managing teams and delivering largescale highimpact events.
  • Exceptional project management and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Passion for customer experience brand engagement and hospitality excellence.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to align events to business objectives.
  • Ability to work in highpressure fastpaced environments particularly during peak racing and sporting periods.
  • Flexible to travel and work onsite during key events (some weekend work expected).

Where and how you can work...

We have offices expanding across multiple locations in Australia and New Zealand.However this is a full time role that would ideally be based in our Brisbane office.

We value a flexible work environment and while there will be opportunities to work remotely this type of role is mostly based in the office or on location. Youll need to thrive in a dynamic environment and be flexible across the working week with adhoc weekend work also possible.
