Position Title: Parking Seller Lead
Rate of Pay: $18.50 per hour
Position Purpose:
Provides leadership and guidance to Parking Ticket Sellers while carrying out the duties of a Parking Ticket Seller. This is a temporary seasonal position not to exceed 122 days.
Essential Functions:
- Sells parking tickets to patrons and other guests during the annual OC Fair.
- Instructs Parking Ticket Sellers in onthejob duties as directed by the Parking Sales Fair Staff Supervisor.
- Coordinates and schedules breaks for Parking Ticket Sellers.
- Provides accurate change and maintains accurate inventory of all tickets sold and unsold.
- Verifies and counts change for Parking Ticket Sellers at the end of each shift.
- Assists in the training and development of Parking Ticket Sellers

Qualifications:
- Previous experience handling and exchanging money accurately required along with the ability to balance out at the end of each shift with minimal discrepancies if any.
- Demonstrated excellent customer service skills a must.
- Must be able to lead other employees by positive example.
- Must be familiar with different types of tickets.
- Must be detailoriented with the ability to apply basic mathematical skills.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be available to work all 23 days of the annual OC Fair.
- Ability to work outside the normal business day/week as demanded by events and programs.
Preferences:
- Previous leadership experience would be a plus.

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.

Will work in a fastpaced environment in an outdoor and sometimes indoor location during all types of weather.
