Schedule:This is an in person position Monday through Friday 8:30am5pm.
Wage Range:$60000 $73000 exempt Salary

Position Overview:

The Clinic Operations Manager is responsible for the strategic and technical administrative management of Adult Mental Health Services at NARA NW. This role focuses on meeting the needs and care of our clients and staff by optimizing operational efficiency enhancing service integration across multiple disciplines and ensuring compliance with health care regulations. The manager plays a crucial role in improving service delivery and operational effectiveness.

What you will do:

Works collaboratively and maintains professional boundaries with clients other NARA staff team members and treats everyone with respect and dignity at all times.
Lead the planning and of integrated health treatment services using tracking methods and project management methodologies.
Oversee and streamline procurement processes to ensure accurate fiscal tracking and reporting aligned with specific funding sources such as grants and contracts.
Utilize electronic health record software to monitor and evaluate the productivity and effectiveness of all adult mental health clinicians.
Manage and optimize workflow through administrative systems ensuring timely completion of clinical documentation billing submissions and compliance with coding standards.
Enforce adherence to NARA NWs Quality Assurance and Compliance standards by implementing quality control and improvement protocols within Adult Mental Health service delivery.
Utilize data analytics tools to support the collection analysis and reporting of program data such as Productivity Reports Board Reports and other reports to enhance decisionmaking and program evaluation.
Generate and track detailed operational and financial reports to inform management decisions and fulfill external reporting requirements.
Administer the material requisition process make program purchases and report operational expenditures via electronic financial systems.
Assist in the recruitment interviewing and initial orientation onboarding and training of new Adult Mental Health staff.
Organize and document team meetings and assist in integration with other NARA NW programs.
Collaborate with Program Director on strategic initiatives and professional development of staff and program.
Assist in overseeing staff schedules and keeping staff contact information up to date.

Qualifications

We would like to hear from people that have:

Bachelors degree in a healthrelated field preferred complemented by three years of experience in behavioral health care operations.
Minimum of two years in a leadership role with demonstrated skills in operations management strategic planning and team leadership.
Proficiency in digital health records systems financial management software and data analysis tools.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a focus on technical solutions to improve service efficiency and quality.
Experience with the Native American/ Alaska Native communities is advantageous.
Required to pass stringent preemployment screenings including drug tests criminal background and DMV checks.
Must pass a preemployment or for cause drug tests.
Must pass criminal background and DMV checks.

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Experience working within the Native American/Alaska Native community
Bachelors degree in business operations management or similar degree preferred
