JOB TITLE: Stock Room Clerk
REPORTS TO: Inventory Control Supervisor
FLSA STATUS: NonExempt Hourly
POSITION VALUE STATEMENT: Receives stores and issues parts and other materials to Production or Service Department. Maintains records of items received and issued verifies counts of goods received with packing slips and purchase orders assists in taking inventory as required

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Owns all aspects of Stock Room
o Counts and stores items received in bins or shelves and marks part numbers on containers.
o Prints drawings and makes up production orders.
o Makes copies of warranties and prepares warranty packets.
o Enter daily time tickets from employees on computer.
o Picks parts for production orders using work orders or pick lists. Moves material to production areas.
o Pulls service parts orders for shipment and delivers to shipping department.
o Prepares service kits.
o Uses computer to issue work orders and look up stock locations.
o Prints various reports.
o Performs various clerical duties such as photocopying filing sorting and distributing paperwork.
o Participates in inventory.
o Acts as a backup for the Inventory Control Supervisor.
o All other duties as assigned.
Relationship Management
Coach Mentor and develop team(s) in accordance with company culture
Work cohesively with team to ensure accuracy in inventory counts and daily tasks
Communicate properly with Broaster team across departments.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Able to work with minimum supervision.
Must be able to read write and communicate in English.
Must have good basic math skills.
Must be able to become a certified forklift operator.
Must be able to operate a computer and be proficient in Microsoft Office products.
General Education Diploma.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to lift/carry 35 lbs without assistance.
Must be able to stand for up to 4 hours at a time.
Must be able to bend squat sit reach push pull climb and walk.
