Landscape Architect/Landscape Designer
Position Type: FullTime
Location: Syracuse NY
Salary: $60000$80000 per year (commensurate with experience)
Reports To: Partners
Position Summary
Luxus Group is seeking a skilled Landscape Architect or Landscape Designer to take primary responsibility for delivering a full range of landscape architectural services from project inception through postoccupancy. The Landscape Architect will serve as a key contact for project stakeholders including owners consultants code officials suppliers and contractors.

- Document Checking and Coordination
- Bidding and Contract Negotiation
- Construction Phase Office Work
- Construction Phase Site Observation
- Project Management
- Client Relations
Qualifications Skills and Abilities
- Job Knowledge: Strong understanding of landscape architecture principles and practices.
- Technical Proficiency: CADD proficiency required.
- Communication Skills: Excellent oral written and graphic communication abilities.
- Judgment: Ability to make sound decisions and problemsolve effectively.
- Flexibility: Positive attitude and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
- Productivity and Quality: Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines with highquality results.
- Client Relations: Strong interpersonal skills to maintain and build client relationships.
Education/Experience
- Bachelors degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
- Licensed Landscape Architect preferred but not required.
- LEED certification preferred but not required.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience required; 5 years preferred.
- Construction experience is highly desirable.
- Portfolio and references required.
Training and Development
