Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Partner with department leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Manage fullcycle recruitment including sourcing interviewing and onboarding.
- Enhance employer branding to position the company as a top workplace.
- Utilize HR analytics and recruitment metrics to improve hiring processes.
Training:
- Assess training needs in collaboration with department heads and Human Resources.
- Develop schedule and deliver training sessions on topics such as safety compliance and professional development.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs updating content as necessary.
- Maintain training records and ensure certifications are up to date where applicable.
Talent Development:
- Design and implement training programs for employee growth and leadership development.
- Conduct skills gap analyses and create learning initiatives to upskill employees.
- Develop career progression frameworks and mentorship programs.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and employee performance.
Employee Engagement & Retention:
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Support succession planning and leadership pipeline development.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to improve retention rates.
HR Compliance & Strategy:
- Ensure recruitment and development programs comply with labor laws and industry regulations.
- Align talent acquisition and development initiatives with business goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR recruitment and L&D.

Pay: $70000$90000
The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors including skill set experience location qualifications and other jobrelated reasons.
