The Data Privacy Specialist will take part in implementing privacy frameworks managing compliance processes and delivering strategic privacy projects from the privacy roadmap. Youll handle data subject rights requests data breaches and data processing agreements ensuring alignment with global regulations like GDPR. This role also involves advising internal stakeholders developing privacy documentation and promoting privacybydesign principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Privacy Compliance: Implement and maintain privacy processes across global operations
- Project Delivery: Conduct privacy projects creating and embedding compliance tools
- Case Handling: Manage data subject rights requests data breaches and negotiation of data processing agreements including crossborder transfers
- Advisory: Guide the business on privacy matters
- Process Improvement: Establish and refine privacy processes and conduct compliance monitoring
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with various teams to promote a culture of privacy
Key Deliveries
- Effective delivery of privacy roadmap projects
- Development of privacy documentation and work aids
- Implementation of privacybydesign across initiatives
Our requirements
- 35 years of experience in data privacy compliance in large international organizations including implementation of privacy requirements
- Indepth knowledge of GDPR
- Ability to translate legal requirements into pragmatic advice handson work
- Expertise in case handling stakeholder management and process establishment
- Great communication and project management skills
