How Will You Make a Difference
By supporting our Trademark team with
- Preparing and filing documents required in the prosecution and maintenance of U.S. trademarks using the U.S. PTOs ETEAS filing system.
- Preparing and filing documents required in the prosecution and maintenance of Madridbased filings with WIPO
- Communicating with clients regarding requirements for filing applications maintaining trademarks and reviewing evidence of use required in connection with these trademark documents
- Corresponding directly with foreign associates on routine trademark prosecution opposition cancellation and/or maintenance
- Handling or assisting on special projects as assigned including copyright applications customs recordation UDRP actions client website review and domain name registration
What Will You Bring to the Table
- 3 years experience as a Trademark Paralegal (or similar equivalent experience) with both U.S. and foreign trademark prosecution.
- Familiarity with TTAB proceedings copyright filings and UDRP actions.
- Experience with worldwide trademark laws and procedures including WIPO filings.
- Trained in conducting preliminary trademark searches.
- Ability to commute to the office 3 days per month

- Our pay range for this position in Minneapolis is $41.82 $54.44 per hour (based on working 37.5 hours per week)
- Our pay range for this position in Washington D.C. is $42.73$60.93 per hour (based on working 37.5 hours per week)
