Purpose:
Are you passionate about driving meaningful change through communication As the Senior Manager of Change Communications you will lead communication strategies that align with and support organizational transformation goals. This role is integral to ensuring that change is clearly understood embraced and effectively implemented across Worley. From shaping the messaging for structural process cultural and operational changes to engaging employees throughout transitions you will play a key role in the Worleys success.
This role offers the flexibility to be performed remotely from a Canadabased location.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Change Communication:Create and implement strategies that support organizational change initiatives with clear consistent messaging.
- Develop Standards:Establish communication frameworks including calendars and templates to drive transformation goals.
- Engage Stakeholders:Build tools to ensure leadership and employees share a unified understanding of changes.
- Drive Employee Engagement:Keep employees informed and motivated fostering a culture of openness during transitions.
- Manage Challenges:Handle communication for potential issues ensuring timely and effective responses.
- Tailor Strategies:Work with teams to align communication plans with business transformation goals.
- Measure Impact:Track and analyze communication effectiveness adapting as needed for continuous improvement.
- Create Content:Develop targeted materials like emails FAQs and newsletters to guide stakeholders through changes.
What you will bring
Technical/Industry Experience and Qualifications Requirements:
- Significant experience 10 years) in communications particularly in Change Communications.
- Proven success in leading communication for largescale transformations.
Strong ability to craft clear motivational messaging to drive engagement. - Expertise in content development and change management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with digital communication tools and metrics.
- Ability to thrive in fastpaced dynamic environments.
