Sign on Bonus
We are pleased to offer up to a $10000 sign on bonus. Must have 5 years minimum of MercedesBenz experience with Master Certification. Candidates must show a loyal steady work history. Will be dispersed over your first year of employment.

Job Requirements:

• Prior practice in a Customer Service environment providing excellent experiences to Guests in order to leave a positive lasting impression

• Commitment to building a business and continuity in the workplace

• Openness to growth education and change

• The ability to approach guests and welcome them with a smile and a willing attitude

• Basic knowledge required to work on a computer and learn new programs

• Conviction to present and negotiate products and services

• Must have held a valid drivers license for at least 1 year and have a clean driving record

• Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered

• Must be willing to submit to a preemployment background check DMV screen and drug screen

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Must keep up with training

• Diagnose and repair MercedesBenz vehicles

Qualifications:

• 2 years of MercedesBenz BMW Audi or Jaguar experience preferred.

• Must be a team player and stay current with online training and SOE courses.

• Sign on bonus available for qualified technicians.

• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.

Shop Hours:

• Monday through Friday 7am6pm

• Only required to work one Saturday 8am to 5pm a month or more if desired
