Job Overview
We are looking for a team lead to drive our Service Operations team forward. You will be responsible to manage a team of talented application support specialists to ensure the availability and performance of our platform and inhouse built applications. You will bring your knowledge to help the team grow overcome challenges guiding them into the best practices and providing access to valuable resources to build upon.
Your Tasks
- Managing and overseeing the support and maintenance of various applications ensuring the smooth operation and availability of systems.
- Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to analyze and resolve complex technical issues ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on business operations.
- Drive operational and procedural changes.
- Leading a team of application support specialists providing guidance coaching and mentoring to ensure highquality services are delivered.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders managing expectations and effectively communicating updates and progress on application support activities.
Your Profile
- An open mind and creative approach to problem solving.
- Excellent problemsolving communication and leadership skills.
- You enjoy guiding and enabling people.
- 4 years of experience in leading technical teams like application support.
- Knowledge of monitoring and performance analysis of systems and applications (e.g. Zabbix InfluxDB Grafana Loki.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple highpriority tasks.
- Fluent in English; German Language is a plus.
