Job Description
Looking for a Reconditioning Technician to join our team!
We are currently seeking a skilled and detailoriented individual to join our team as a Reconditioning Technician. If you have a passion for cars an eye for detail and take pride in delivering exceptional service this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough inspections and reconditioning of vehicles to ensure they meet ProCars quality standards.
- Conduct minor repairs including paint touchups dent removal and interior fixes.
- Apply polishing waxing and protective coatings to enhance the appearance of vehicles.
- Clean and detail vehicles both interior and exterior to maintain a polished look.
- Ensure all reconditioning products and equipment are used safely and effectively.
- Document all work performed and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely completion of reconditioning tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reconditioning area.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in vehicle reconditioning or a related field is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain highquality standards.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Knowledge of different reconditioning products tools and techniques.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid Drivers License.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions with moderate noise level.
- Flexibility to work all shifts.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Must have a valid drivers license.
- The ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays is required.
- The ability to deal tactfully with all types of people and handle anger and frustration well.
- This role requires the ability to lift up to 15 pounds and continuously stand walk and enter and exit vehicles.
Work Environment:
- This is a fulltime 40hour per week position.
- The work environment includes both indoor and outdoor settings with exposure to various weather conditions and moderate noise levels.
