Position Purpose:
The Manager People & Culture Role is a key strategic role within Aboriginal Investment NT reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer.
The role is central to fostering a positive inclusive and dynamic workplace environment. This role involves steering the organizations strategies related to human resources including talent acquisition development and retention alongside shaping the organisations culture to align with its mission and values.
With a focus on enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction the Manager People & Culture helps to ensure that the workforce remains motivated and productive. Additionally this position plays a significant role in implementing policies and practices that promote diversity equity and inclusion within the workplace. Through their leadership the Manager People and Culture ensures the organization not only attracts but also nurtures and retains top talent thereby supporting the organisations overall growth and success.
Key responsibilities include:
Your passion commitment and cultural capability to work with Aboriginal people and communities to achieve selfdetermination will be vital to your success in this role as will your:
Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
Working knowledge of relevant employment legislation.
At least three years experience in human resources organizational development and culture management.
A proven track record in leading People & Culture initiatives developing and implementing diversity and inclusion strategies and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Experience of onthejob training in leadership conflict resolution and strategic planning.
Experience in designing and facilitating training programs designed to enhance employee skills and promote the organisations values
