Job Description:
Experience in an administrative &travel coordinator role.
Prepare and submit travel reports to theTravel Manager or Finance Department.
Liaise with travel agencies airlineshotels and other service providers to arrange travel logistics.
Assist travelers with changes orcancellations to bookings as needed.
Handle office correspondence such asemails phone calls and scheduling meetings or appointments.
