We are seeking a qualified Engineering Support Specialist (ILS) to join our Engineering team. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with engineering operations and external stakeholders to develop Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) solutions that optimize system performance throughout the lifecycle. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute ILS project plans to align with engineering operations and maintenance needs.
Oversee maintenance planning to enhance operational readiness and reduce downtime.
Conduct Failure Modes Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) and Level of Repair Analysis (LORA) to identify risks and implement corrective actions.
Perform Reliability Availability and Maintainability (RAM) analysis to optimize system supportability.
Manage spare parts inventory tools and logistics for inservice support.
Support the development of lifecycle cost models to ensure costeffective maintenance strategies.
Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate ILS requirements into system designs.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation including maintenance manuals and procedures.
Provide ILS data for proposals to support business development initiatives.
Work with suppliers customers and stakeholders to ensure compliance with ILS and logistics requirements.
Basic Qualifications
Postsecondary education in Engineering Logistics or a related technical field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in an ILS engineering role.
Strong technical analysis and problemsolving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint) and ILSrelated tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in fastpaced environments.
