We are looking for a Senior Director CTV Partnerships to lead and shape our engagement strategy across the Connected TV (CTV) ecosystem. This role will focus on driving strategic partnerships in CTV supply procurement ad serving and ServerSide Ad Insertion (SSAI) while ensuring alignment with our broader business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have deep industry expertise strong technical fluency and a track record of building and managing partnerships across the CTV spacefrom publishers and streaming platforms to technology providers and ad tech partners. This is a highly visible crossfunctional leadership role that will require strategic thinking relationship management and the ability to navigate complex programmatic and CTV landscapes.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and lead partnerships with key CTV players including streaming platforms OEMs SSPs DSPs and technology providers to expand our footprint in the market.
Drive CTV supply procurement strategy ensuring quality scalability and alignment with business objectives.
Develop and lead CTV ad serving and SSAI implementations working crossfunctionally with internal teams to enhance efficiency integrations and monetization opportunities.
Identify evaluate and onboard new CTV partners ensuring seamless integrations and longterm growth opportunities.
Stay ahead of industry trends regulatory changes and technological advancements to proactively adapt our strategy and inform internal stakeholders.
Negotiate and manage partnership agreements deal structures and revenue models to secure competitive terms and drive longterm success.
Act as a thought leader and technical advisor to partners translating complex ad tech solutions into clear actionable insights.
Work closely with product engineering and sales teams to ensure our CTV offerings remain bestinclass and aligned with evolving partner needs.
Qualifications:
7 years of experience in Programmatic Ad Tech or CTV (linear TV experience is a plus).
Proven success in CTV supply procurement ad tech partnerships and revenuedriving engagements.
Strong understanding of CTV ad serving SSAI technologies and integrations across the programmatic landscape.
Experience working with OEMs streaming platforms ad servers and SSP/DSP partners.
Excellent negotiation communication and relationshipbuilding skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business solutions for partners and internal teams.
A collaborative and strategic mindset with the ability to drive in a fastpaced evolving environment.
