Due to the growth of the business we are looking for an engaging & dynamic experienced Recruitment Consultant who wants to move into an Operations/Learning and Development focused role or an individual already with this experience within a recruitment agency who has had experience working as a 360 recruiter.
We are looking for an individual that would enjoy working within a high growth environment and is looking to assume responsibility for our US offices (New York & Fort Lauderdale) operations administrative tasks and Learning and Development when required.
Initially this role will be focused on operational tasks arranging company events handling processes and communication with clients/vendors and delivering our successful academy program that has been developed by the directors of the business delivering 1on1 coaching and continuing to develop and continuing to improve our materials and modules to support our learning program. Wed like to see our current program to involve further advanced sales techniques and management training which some of which we currently outsource.
The position would work closely with the leadership team and the Director of Operations & People who has been spearheading the training of our consultants since our inception.

This role may require some travel between offices in the US.
Salary: $60000 dependant on experience
Responsibilities:
Operations/office manager
Arranging company events
Overseeing administrative tasks
Handling checks and processing client payments
Handling communication with partners and vendors
Leading initiatives to promote a great company culture

Supporting leadership with day to day designated tasks
Learning and Development
Delivering our Academy Program to our inexperienced recruitment hires equipping them with the skills and knowledge required to succeed in the recruitment industry.
Look to deliver Advance Sales & earlystage management training
Provide 1on1 coaching and mentorship.
Continuing to improve our Learning modules and structures for best practice and
upskilling within Recruitment Development of training and coaching framework and strategies that are scalable across the business as we grow.
Organize and manage training schedules.
Work closely with Senior Management to ensure that the vision and for the training are aligned with business expectations and standards.
Spend time with business unit managers to learn about the various sectors that we recruit in and their nuances to inform development to our training programs.
You may spend physical time in other US offices to deliver training in person
Work with external consultants when necessary to further our knowledge and ability to deliver high quality training
About You:
Learning and Development experience in a recruitment agency OR Experience working as a 360 recruiter within preferably Life Sciences or MedTech or Energy & Infrastructure ideally with average fees over $20k.
Excellent verbal and written communication
Confident public speaker
