Yellowstone Clubs Development department is currently seeking candidates for a Construction Project Manager.


The purpose of the Construction Project Manager is to assist in the daily operations of the Village Core Project for the Vertical Development department specifically the interior tenant improvement of custom condos.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage specified construction work in accordance with engineer/architects plans county/state regulations and other specifications.
  • Work with Owners and General Contractors to ensure quality cost and schedule.
  • Monitor construction activities to verify schedules and materials.
  • Financial and document control using Procore.
  • Consult with the design team related to modification of plans & project scope to improve overall project design.
  • Study specifications and performs field inspections of construction activity to verify compliance with the contract documents.
  • Order procurement of equipment and materials to be delivered at specified times to conform to work schedules.
  • Confer with supervisory personnel and subcontractors engaged in planning and executing work procedures interpreting specifications and coordinating various phases of construction to prevent delays.
  • Inspect work in progress to ensure that work conforms to specifications and that construction schedules are adhered to.
  • Prepare or receives from subordinates reports on progress materials used and costs and adjusts work schedules as indicated by reports.
  • Verify change order requests for accuracy and presentation to the Owners for approval.
  • Contribute to a positive work environment and ensure teamwork within project organization utilizing the resources needed to drive quality and value to our clients.
  • Represent the Company through professionalism consideration and discretion in all interactions.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Construction or Civil Engineering; or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience for complex commercial vertical construction projects or largescale master planned developments
  • 5 years experience supervising construction projects of increasing complexity.

The position offered is a fulltime yearround position located in Big Sky MT.
