American Federal Bank is actively seeking a selfmotivated and relational team player to join its Ada Sales Office. This fulltime benefited position is an integral part of the Sales Office support and service team is customer service focused and provides a wide range of tellertype duties.
Essential Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Build longterm personal relationships to meet client needs
- Complete deposit loan and cashhandling transactions
- Solutions focused in assisting clients with questions and resolving problems as they arise
- Identify sales opportunities and referrals to Sales Bankers and Registered Representatives
- Support and service of consumer and business relationships
- Maintain operational accuracy and compliance within established bank policies and procedures and applicable governmental regulatory laws regulations and reporting requirements
Essential Qualifications
Experience and Knowledge
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer relations interpersonal communication organizational delegation and team player skills
- Ability to learn and maintain knowledge of the rules regulations policies and procedures governing Consumer Mortgage and Ag and Business lending
Skills and Abilities
- Personal computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Selfdirected learner with demonstrated initiative interest and ability to learn and maintain skills and knowledge of operating and regulatory systems
- Organization and management of multiple requests and priorities
- Commitment to American Federal values including honesty integrity and trustworthiness
