Job Overview
We are hiring an Education Counsellor with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team at GoStudyFree. As an Education Counsellor you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students seeking overseas education opportunities. This is a remote position based in Delhi India.
Qualifications and Skills
- 13 years of experience in admission counselling or a related field
- Indepth knowledge of overseas education systems universities and visa processes
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with students and parents
- Proficiency in using CRM software to manage student interactions
- Familiarity with career counseling and aptitude assessment tools
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Selfmotivated and targetoriented
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance and counseling to students regarding overseas education opportunities
- Assist students in selecting suitable courses universities and countries based on their preferences and career goals
- Manage student inquiries through various communication channels (phone email online chat)
- Conduct presentations and seminars to educate students and parents about the benefits of studying abroad
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and update the CRM system
- Assist with visa documentation and ensure compliance with immigration regulations
- Collaborate with universities and educational institutions to stay updated on admission requirements and scholarship opportunities
- Stay informed about changes in education systems visa policies and career trends in different countries
- Provide ongoing support to students throughout the entire admission and predeparture process
- Meet individual and team targets for student recruitment and conversion
