Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to Relationship Managers
Run proposals for new and existing opportunities
Update pending cases with premiums and required forms
Stay current on product and rate changes
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
Previous experience in the life insurance industry or familiarity with medical terminology would be useful.
Ability to prioritize and multitask.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills.
Experience with Microsoft Programs is required.
Experience with DocuSign program would be useful
