Were looking for a passionate Network Technician to help manage our growing multistate network. Ideally the candidate should be able to work in a team and be able to provide support to end customers.
Good communication skills in emails phone in person and tickets
Investigating faults outages and issues in the network
Reporting network status to key stakeholders
Develop and execute test plans to check infrastructure and system performance
Enforce policies for standardizing systems
Verify and followup with customerrelated issues
Answer incoming calls in a pleasant and helpful manner
Document incidents by creating tickets with complete information following SLA guidelines
Troubleshoot analyze and research to resolve repeating issues and complex problems documenting findings and developing procedures to prevent future issues
Requirements
Proven work experience in networking IT or other related field
Excellent customer service skills
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
Ability to identify reoccurring problems and find root cause solutions
Strong attention to detail
Selfmotivated
Ability to document requirements and specifications
Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or documented in field work experience
