Location: Townsville QLD

Are you a motivated and customerfocused professional looking for an exciting role in the transport industry Kinetic Australia and New Zealands largest bus operator is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team in Townsville!

About the Role

As a Sales Coordinator youll play a key role in driving charter sales growth maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring seamless charter operations. Youll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including schools businesses and event organisers to deliver outstanding service.

What Youll Do:

  • Develop and grow the charter business in the region
  • Identify new business opportunities and provide insights to the Sales Manager
  • Conduct market research to maintain a competitive edge
  • Coordinate with Operations Workshop and Cleaning teams for smooth service delivery
  • Attend industry events to generate new business
  • Ensure compliance with health safety and quality standards

What Were Looking For:

  • Experience in sales marketing or business development (transport industry experience is a plus but not necessary!
  • Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills
  • Ability to work independently and drive business growth
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset
